1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ARC services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ARC provides automated code analysis, documentation generation, and modernization planning services. We analyze source code you provide to generate insights, documentation, and recommendations. Our services are provided "as is" and we continuously work to improve them.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensuring you have the right to upload and analyze the code you submit
• Using our services in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary algorithms
• Not using our services to develop competing products

4. Payment Terms

Paid services are billed in advance on a subscription basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Enterprise agreements may have custom payment terms as specified in your service agreement.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Upload malicious code or malware
• Violate intellectual property rights of third parties
• Conduct security testing without authorization
• Overwhelm our systems with excessive requests
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission
• Use outputs to train competing AI models

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions. These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
